**Giopato & Coombes designs and produces iconic, contemporary lighting sculptures.**
**The company founded by Cristiana Giopato and Christopher Coombes began as a design studio researching into the power of light, and its ability to evoke moments, memories, and emotions.**
**To make this happen the studio has expanded to oversee local production around the Venice region, where the importance of human connections rings true, as world-class craftsmanship intertwines with cutting-edge LED technology.**
**Giopato & Coombes works with a few selected dealers/galleries and receives commissions directly from luxury brands and notable interior designers from around the world to create made-to-measure installations.**:
**Who we are looking for?**:
**Giopato & Coombes is looking for a Head of Administration and Control for our administrative team.**
**The right person loves organization and planning. In his/her role, he/she will deal with accounting and tax management, preparation of balance sheets and budgets, facing his/her responsibilities with a critical and constructive approach.**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage general and analytical accounting
- Organize the drafting of the financial statements and the EEC financial statements (IV EEC directive) implementing the related procedures
- Prepare budgeting and forecasting activities
- Support the auditing, analysis and diagnosis of corporate economic data through internal systems use and related preparation of reports
- Follow operations and/or implementations of new processes and systems
- Administrative staff management (support for payrolls)

**Requirements**:

- Accuracy and proactivity
- Great relational skills with the team, internal and/or external partners, to manage different situations
- Organizational and planning skills, able to face and manage workloads and deadlines
- Analytical and active approach facing critical issues to solve them strategically

**Qualifications**:

- MA in Economics / Business Management and Consulting / Management Engineering
- At least 4 years’ experience in administration, finance and management control, or in auditing firms
- Knowledge and ability to use IT management tools and Office package (in particula Excel) with a good aptitude for learning
- Good knowledge of SAP management
- Excellent knowledge of Italian language
- Good knowledge of English language
