Head Chef

Hotel Cipriani in Venice, is one of the most iconic hotels in the world.
- Manage the kitchen brigade in creating and preparing menus in line with Belmond's objective of uncompromising excellence, developing culinary trends and ensuring consistency
- Coordinate food production and control food quality, taste and presentation of dishes
- Ensure adherence to all health, safety and security procedures
- Collaborate with all F&B departments: Restaurant, Banqueting, Room Service, Bar
- Compliance with quality and service standards
- You should have exemplary leadership skills. Leave your ego at the door
**Requirements**:
- Effective communication, emotional intelligence and adaptability
- Global perspective: treat one another with respect and inclusiveness regardless of position, level or background
- Flexibility regarding hours is essential, including willingness to work weekends, holidays and evenings
- Strong motivation and passion for the job with the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in the same role in a fine dining restaurant and/or 5* hotel
- Fluent in Italian and working knowledge of English preferred
- Flexibility and excellent efficiency in working under pressure
