**_D&T Project Manager Commerce_**

HEINEKEN Italia è alla ricerca di un/una D&T Project Manager che avrà la responsabilità di gestire il/i progetti assegnati sulla base delle metodologie standard vigenti, organizzando le risorse e le attività necessarie per il raggiungimento dei risultati richiesti e garantendo continuo allineamento tra i vari progetti ed i loro Committenti.

**Attività**:

- Supporta il BRM nell’identifica i requisiti di business ed IT per la funzione di riferimento e fornire gli input necessari per predisporre le roadmap IT, i disegni funzionali ed i piani di progetto
- Stabilisce e mantiene proattivamente solide relazioni con i responsabili delle soluzioni lato business, garantendo la diffusione della conoscenza circa le soluzioni IT ed il continuo miglioramento dei processi.
- Guida la stesura del business case definendo con gli stakeholder obiettivi, assunzioni, ambito, dettagliando costi e benefici tangibili e non tangibili
- Gestisce l’individuazione del nuovo servizio / soluzione in coerenza con le linee guida D&T e di conseguenza guidando la conversazione con i referenti centrali
- Definire, sulla base dei macro-deliverables definiti in precedenza, i deliverables di dettaglio, il piano (con i relativi milestones e check-point) di implementazione e il piano di comunicazione per gli stakeholder.
- Identificare ed ottenere le risorse necessarie per il buon svolgimento del progetto, assegnando loro responsabilità e compiti in modo efficace ed efficiente
- Favorire la comunicazione e l'affiatamento del team di progetto, creando un clima favorevole
- Monitorare lo svolgimento delle attività e gestire il processo di controllo, riportando allo Steering Committee lo stato di avanzamento dei lavori e le stime di conclusione
- Gestire i cambiamenti, ripianificando e gestendo eventuali esigenze di interventi particolari o di revisioni
- Partecipare allo Steering Committee, anche convocandolo (ove necessario) al di fuori di quanto pianificato, garantendo l’attuazione delle decisioni prese e delle eventuali modifiche agli obiettivi ed ai vincoli
- Individuare i rischi, prevedere eventuali criticità ed attuare tutte le iniziative volte ad attenuare entrambi
- Produrre la documentazione di competenza, supervisionare quella prodotta dal team di progetto e garantire la formazione delle persone che gestiranno od useranno le tecnologie implementate
- Controllare la qualità dei rilasci ed assicurarsi che gli standard di qualità previsti siano rispettati
- Chiudere il progetto e provvedere alla consegna (a tutti i clienti, sia di business, che interni all’IT) di tutti gli output previsti, effettuare le attività di riepilogo e di experience e project evaluation, ed, ove necessario, contabilizzare le risorse
