Du liebst es, dir immer wieder selbst neue ehrgeizige Ziele zu setzen und diese regelmäßig zu übertreffen? Dann bist du bei uns als **Sales Manager für Südtirol (m/w/d)** im Außendienst Standort Bozen und Umgebunggenau richtig

Deine Aufgaben:

- Gewinne neue Kunden für uns bei Vor-Ort-Terminen sowie durch Online-Sales-Aktivitäten im Außendienst
- Bringe in kurzen, informativen Verkaufsgesprächen den individuellen Kundennutzen auf den Punkt
- Begeistere deine Gesprächspartner und überzeuge anhand von Mehrwerten
- Verhandle beim Vertragsabschluss geschickt, immer fair und am Ende (natürlich) erfolgreich ;)
- Repräsentiere unser Unternehmen kompetent und mit Herz bei deinen Terminen
- Ergänze deinen Terminkalender durch Kaltakquise selbst, wenn der Innendienst ihn nicht voll auslasten kann
- Halte deine Termine und deine Erfolge in unserem CRM-System fest

Das bringst du mit:

- Du wohnst in der Region Südtirol
- Du sprichst sowohl Deutsch als auch Italienisch mindestens auf einem Niveau von C1
- Du hast sehr viel Spaß daran zu verkaufen
- Du bist kommunikativ und trittst immer freundlich und souverän auf
- Du bist empathisch und findest für jeden Gesprächspartner und unterschiedlichste Persönlichkeiten den richtigen Ton und die richtigen Worte
- Dich zeichnet ein hohes Maß an Eigenständigkeit aus, sowie die Fähigkeit zur Selbstmotivation
- Du bist sehr strukturiert und gewohnt transparent zu arbeiten
- Du bist reisebereit und liebst Verkaufsgespräche vor Ort
- Du interessierst dich für die Themen Digitalisierung und Hotellerie
- Du verfügst bestenfalls bereits über Erfahrung im Vertrieb z.B. als Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Vertriebsmitarbeiter / Vertriebsmitarbeiterin, Sales Consultant, Sales Manager, Kundenberater / Kundenberaterin in der Kundenbetreuung, Sales Manager, Außendienst
