**E-COMMERCE SPECIALIST**

**In particolare si occuperà delle seguenti attività**:

- Gestione quotidiana dello shop online, garantendo il corretto funzionamento e aggiornamento del sito web;
- Relazione con fornitori, tecnici esterni e collaborazione con i colleghi dei vari reparti per la gestione del sito e degli ordini;
- Gestione del customer care;
- Supporto allo sviluppo dei contenuti, in particolare mantenendo aggiornate le pagine del sito, implementando nuove schede e garantendo la categorizzazione corretta dei prodotti e la loro ottimizzazione;
- Analisi e monitoraggio degli ordini e-commerce controllando e risolvendo, nel minor tempo possibile, eventuali problemi connessi alla gestione degli stessi;
- Ottimizzazione dei processi operativi nella gestione degli ordini attraverso il coordinamento dei diversi partner (corrieri e consegnisti).

**Caratteristiche richieste**:

- Laurea o percorso equivalente in ambito comunicazione/marketing /UX Design;
- Preferibile esperienza di 6/12 mesi in realtà e-commerce o nel marketing;
- Doti analitiche ma anche creative: utilizzo di Excel e Photoshop (richiesto livello base) e preferibile conoscenza del mondo UX;
- Preferibile esperienza con CMS (Magento) e linguaggio HTML;
- Intraprendenza e focalizzazione al raggiungimento degli obiettivi aziendali e di team;
- Flessibilità e problem solving;
- Passione per il mondo Garden e per tutto ciò che riguarda la cura del verde e la vita all’aria aperta.

Orario di lavoro: full-time da lunedì a venerdì dalle 08.30 alle 18.00
Smart working: 2 giorni a settimana (dopo un primo periodo di formazione in azienda).
Sede di lavoro: Rho (MI).
Si offre contratto a tempo determinato.
