The team People & Organization, within Gridspertise is looking for **Organization Specialist**.**

Gridspertise is Enel’s brand new subsidiary company, born from the long term field proven expertise of our Global Infrastructure & Networks Business Line.

**What you will do**:

- Manage people planning and labor costs, liaising with relevant PBP’s and Country’s People Operations and Industrial Relations unit and monitor KPIs for workforce planning
- Develop the organizational design and governance at global level also managing data lifecycle and related quality liaising with Organizational Transformation unit;
- Manage all people and organization processes periodic consolidation and related reporting;
- Provide support on total rewarding process, according to the defined budget and related guidelines.

**Who you are**:
Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree preferably in economics/humanities:

- 2-5 years of experience in the role
- Experience in organizational design activities
- Experience in HR data management and planning
- Knowledge of mechanisms (budgeting, forecasting, preclosing; labour costs, etc.)
- Professional knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 tools (Excel, Power Point, Word etc.)
- Professional knowledge of English (Spanish knowledge will be considered a plus)
