The Media Development Expert is responsible for developing and deploying best practices for media experiences specifically for global clients.

The role sits between Strategy and Activation and is the point where Strategy is translated into Media Experiences for global clients.

Job Description:
Nell’ambito del rafforzamento del proprio team di professionisti, Havas Media Group è in cerca di un Global Media Manager per la sua sede di Milano.

La figura si inserirà all’interno di un team di lavoro operante su importanti clienti dell’Agenzia e riporterà al Managing Partner a capo della Business Unit.

Le aree d’intervento della risorsa saranno fondamentalmente tre:
- Per un nostro importante cliente global operante nel settore Auto, gestione dei flussi di comunicazione e dei task attivati dal team di coordinamento internazionale- Accounting e gestione su tutti i mezzi (OFF/ON) di un piccolo portafoglio di altri clienti global- artecipazione a gare e gestione new business

Le responsabilità principali in carico alla posizione ricercata sono le seguenti:
- Partecipazione all’esecuzione delle strategie media- Definizione, elaborazione e supervisione delle pianificazioni pubblicitarie sui diversi mezzi secondo un approccio integrato OFF/ON- Gestione di progetti di comunicazione a 360° (tabellari, branded content, eventi/attivazioni on field, ecc.)- Gestione della relazione quotidiana con il cliente e risoluzione delle eventuali problematiche inerenti il livello di servizio e gli aspetti qualitativi dell’attività svolta- Reporting- Gestione della coerenza tra planning, reportistica e fatturazione- Supporto al Managing Partner nella gestione e coordinamento del team di lavoro assegnato- Sviluppo di business incrementale (cross-selling e up-selling) attraverso la proposizione dell’intera linea di prodotti e servizi di Havas Media partendo dalla comprensione delle esigenze del Cliente- Gestione e coordinamento delle richieste provenienti dal team di coordinamento internazionale (analisi, reporting, forecast, documenti strategici, ecc.)- Partecipazione a media pitch e gestione new business

Requisiti:
- Laurea o cultura equivalente- Esperienza mínima di 5 anni presso agenzie media strutturate nel ruolo di Media Planner Senior e Media Supervisor preferibilmente maturata su Clienti globali- Conoscenza approfondita dei principali strumenti di comunicazione e visibilità legati al mondo offline ed online, delle metriche di misurazione dell’efficacia delle campagne- Conoscenza e relazione con le principali concessionarie per la vendita di spazi offline/online- Conoscenza avanzata di MS Office e dei principali tools di pianificazione- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata- Ottime doti di relazione e comunicazione e capacità di negoziazione- Autonomia operativa- Spiccato orientamento al Cliente ed ai risultati- Capacità di teamwork ed esperienza nel coordinamento di risorse
