Il Field Marketing Specialist CP è responsabile dell’attività di marketing, promozione e informazione dei prodotti della linea di sua competenza.

Questa figura assicura che il materiale promozionale, tecnico sia aggiornato e disponibile coordinandosi con il dipartimento di Global Marketing e Regulatory Affairs.Inoltre, è responsabile dell’Account Plan e assicura con la logística la disponibilità del prodotto a seconda del fabbisogno.

Il ruolo prevede la collaborazione nella preparazione della documentazione specifica richiesta per le gare d'appalto, lavorando a stretto contatto con il dipartimento di Customer Service. Inoltre, supporta la Forza Vendite nella raccolta e gestione delle informazioni relative a segnalazioni di lamentele ed eventi avversi, trasferendole al dipartimento Qualità aziendale.

Il ruolo copre tutto il territorio italiano e richiede frequenti visite presso i clienti, con una presenza sul campo per circa il 75% del tempo, spesso con pernottamenti.

**Responsibilities**:

- Redige e aggiorna l'Account Plan dei prodotti strategici;
- Supporta la rete vendita nella promozione tecnico-scientifica del portafoglio prodotti di sua competenza;
- Analizza periodicamente i dati vendita per verificare l'allineamento agli obiettivi di vendita;
- Monitora l'attività della concorrenza per valutare insieme alle rete vendita le adeguate strategie;
- Assicura l’aggiornamento della documentazione tecnico-amministrativa dei prodotti;
- Assicura l’esecuzione di attività di education & training sui prodotti per i clienti e la rete vendite;
- Supporta l’organizzazione di eventi di marketing territoriali;
- Effettua ricerche di mercato in collaborazione con la Forza vendite, individuando drivers e market share;
- Fornisce supporto e sviluppo di materiali di marketing e materiale divulgativo utili per l’attività promozionale sul campo;
- Opera in fase di lancio di nuovi prodotti seguendo la fase di introduzione e/o conversione presso i clienti e la rete vendita;
- Supporta l'attività di gestione di una lamentela interfacciandosi con il dipartimento di QA e con la forza vendita presso il cliente.

The Individual
- Laurea magistrale in discipline tecnico-scientifico.
- Esperienza consolidata in ruoli simili, preferibilmente in aziende complesse.
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office.
- Flessibilità e disponibilità a operare su tutto il territorio italiano.
- Patente di guida B.
