**Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026** is the Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games of 2026, carrying on the organization, promotion and communication of the sporting and cultural events related to the next Winter Games.

Milano Cortina 2026 will be the first large-scale Olympics in history: 13 Olympic venues, 21 provincial capitals, 2,300 municipalities directly involved, over an area of 22,000 square km.

The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI).

Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government.

**Position**:
During the Olympic and Paralympic Games, Doping Control is responsible for carrying out doping controls from the opening of the Olympic Villages to the Closing Ceremony. Doping controls will be conducted both in-competition and out-of-competition.

The administrative management of doping controls, carried out in close synergy with the IOC and ITA, plays a key role in anti-doping procedures by ensuring the smooth running of pre
- and post-analytical procedures.

Activities:
Managing the Director, manager and Head of complex and dynamic calendars, including internal and external appointments.

Organizing meetings, conference calls and workshops, including booking rooms, managing invitations and preparing materials.

Booking and managing travel and transfers, including flights, hotels and transportation.

Preparing presentations, documents and reports using software such as Microsoft Office Suite.

Sorting telephone calls and managing requests for information.

Supporting budget preparation and expense management

**Responsibilities**:
Management of ad hoc projects assigned by the Director and the Heads of or the manager.

Prepare periodic reports on the work carried out by the relevant operational functions

**Requirements**:
Prerequisites:
ProficieHigh school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Previous experience in an administrative or support role ncy with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proactive and problem-solving skills. Flexibility and ability to adapt in a fast-paced work environment.
