**Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026** is the Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games of 2026, carrying on the organization, promotion and communication of the sporting and cultural events related to the next Winter Games.

Milano Cortina 2026 will be the first large-scale Olympics in history: 13 Olympic venues, 21 provincial capitals, 2,300 municipalities directly involved, over an area of 22,000 square km.

The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI).

Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government.

**Position**:
Durante i Giochi Olimpici e Paralimpici, il Doping Control è responsabile dell’esecuzione dei controlli antidoping dall’apertura dei villaggi olimpici alla cerimonia di chiusura. I controlli antidoping verranno condotti sia durante le competizioni che fuori competizione.

La gestione amministrativa dei controlli antidoping, condotta in stretta sinergia con IOC ed ITA, riveste un ruolo chiave nelle procedure antidoping garantendo il regolare svolgimento delle procedure pre e post analitiche.

La gestione amministrativa dei controlli antidoping dovrà essere eseguita da professionisti con esperienza nella gestione ed organizzazione delle procedure non mediche dei controlli antidoping condotti sia a livello nazionale che internazionale, con competenze organizzative gestionali e con conoscenze specifiche in ambito di organizzazioni complesse. Tali figure professionali risponderanno direttamente al Head of Doping Control dei Servizi Medici di Milano Cortina e rivestiranno sia un ruolo di Advisor per gli aspetti organizzativi delle Venues competitive e non competitive nei confronti della struttura organizzativa, sia di gestione operativa a livello centrale. Tali figure professionali dovranno supervisionare le pianificazioni strategiche ed operative tipizzanti i Giochi e avranno un ruolo di advisor sino ai Giochi assumendo Games Time il ruolo di responsabili della gestione operativa delle procedure non mediche connesse ai prelievi antidoping.

**Requirements**:
Esperienza nell’ambito della gestione operativa dei controlli antidoping in eventi nazionali ed internazionali, esperienza in ambito di grandi eventi sportivi, esperienza di Giochi olimpici e paralimpici, esperienza nella gestione risorse umane.

Conoscenza della lingua inglese.
