Transportation Process Analyst

Riepilogo posizione:
L’impiegato trasporti e procurement si occupa di gestire le richieste di trasporto, pervenute tramite gestionale interno, dai dipartimenti dell’Azienda.
Si tratta di richieste spot che vengono gestite tramite panel di fornitori precedentemente individuati dall’ufficio acquisti. Le richieste riguardano merce di vario titolo, sia in spedizione che in ricevimento.
Se non è presente su SAP un ordine aperto con il fornitore individuato, l’impiegato trasporti dovrà anche emettere relativa RDA sulla base di offerta già negoziata dall’ufficio acquisti.
L’impiegato traporti e procurement prende altresì accordi con il corriere individuato per finalizzare il ritiro/ consegna del materiale.
L’impiegato trasporti e procurement si occupa altresì, su richiesta del corriere, di compilare i documenti utili per lo sdoganamento del materiale.
Infine, stima gli ordini aperti verso i vari fornitori ed emette relative RDA.
L’impiegato trasporti e procurement, infine, è incaricato di assicurare il corretto ingresso delle materie prime e degli accessori necessari per poter rispettare la programmazione della produzione.
Responsabilità essenziali:
- Gestione richieste di trasporto
- Interfaccia con ufficio Acquisti per le quotazioni dei servizi
- Emissione RDA
- Presa in carico delle richieste da ServiceNow
- Interfaccia con corrieri per organizzazione prelievo/consegna merce
- Compilazione documenti di sdoganamento
- Interfaccia con dipartimenti interni che richiedono i servizi di trasporto
- Determinare se le quantità di magazzino sono sufficienti per le esigenze, ordinando più materiali quando necessario
- Preparare gli ordini di acquisto e inviarne copia ai fornitori
- Tenere traccia dello stato di richieste, contratti e ordini
- Rispondere alle richieste di clienti e fornitori sullo stato degli ordini, modifiche o annullamenti
- Contattare i fornitori per programmare o accelerare le consegne e risolvere carenze, consegne mancate o in ritardo e altri problemi.
- Preparare, mantenere e rivedere i file e i rapporti di acquisto
- Monitorare il movimento dell'inventario interno
- Monitorare le prestazioni dei fornitori, raccomandando modifiche al contratto quando necessario
Requisiti di posizione:
- Preferibile esperienza pregressa nella mansione
- Buone doti organizzative e relazionali
- Conoscenza di SAP
- Conoscenza normativa sdoganamento
- Utilizzo Excel
- Conoscenza B1/B2 della lingua inglese
