The PreSales Consultant for Offset is the responsible of supporting, presenting and selling digital prepress software systems and software services for the packaging and commercial market, to gain software business in Italy.

He will participate actively in the sales process and in the project management of the implementation of the Prepress Agfa Offset solutions and will contribute to the Agfa Offset value selling strategy.

He will work in close coordination and collaboration with European team and the local Sales organization.

**_Representative Activities_**
- To support the sales team in the presentation of Agfa Offset prepress solutions to the customers
- To maintain the implemented solutions in the customers
- To flag the opportunities of deployment of new installations in the market (upgrade in the existing customers, stretch the current services, new customers )
- Support the Italian sales organisation as well as the dealers to implement Agfa Offset Solutions
- Control, manage and coordinate the assigned projects
- Perform demonstrations and coordinate customer visits with salesforce
- Analyse customer’s requirements, develop and define an implementation plan (including LOU)
- Create offers in coordination with salesforce
- Ensure a high level consulting service and use of the same tools and processes for the contained software solutions
- Prepare and convey implementation plan to post sales (PSS, Software Application) and follow up the progress
- Deliver technical sales information and create tools for regional salesforce together with Line Manager
- Use all the mandatory Company tools

**_Education_**
- Graphics or informatics

**_Experience_**
- 2 or more years of experience in packaging and commercial prepress software consultancy
- Preferably 2 to 5 years’ experience in the printing industry
