Currently, the Sales & Customer Service team is looking for an Administrative to support the daily administrative operation.

**What would your responsabilities as Administrative be?**

Control and storage of company documents (VAT registers, meeting books, company constitution etc etc).
- Reception of mails, and forwarding to the departments.
- Daily management of the PEC mailbox (in fact, we are talking about forwarding traffic fines to the supplier).
- Archiving of various invoices.
- General support to HQ departments, in local administrative tasks in Italy.
- Automotive experience is an asset.

**What do we value to join the #OKTeam?**
- Basic experience (minimum 3 years) in administration
- Ability to communicate fluently in English.
- Ability to manage, organise and perform administrative tasks.
- Establish excellent interpersonal skills with suppliers.
- Ability to assume responsibilities
