Part time recruitment and customer service consultant, for rapidly growing childcare platform / agency. We are looking for new team members whose spirit and determination match the values of the company and who are committed to delivering the best service and best results, in everything they undertake. This is a great opportunity to expand, learn and grow within a friendly and supportive, yet fast-paced working environment.

Experience in childcare - either professionally or through being a parent or caregiver is important, in order to understand the qualities needed to be a childcare provider on our platform, and to be able to successfully select quality nannies and assist with the vetting process and recruitment.

You must be highly motivated, energetic and able to problem solve, as working within a start up occassionally requires out of the box thinking and we encourage personal development and personality within our customer service team - not scripts and robots.

Sales or marketing skills would be ideal - the abilty to connect with and understand people, and effectively communicate with them to develop trust and create good relationships and loyal customers.

The position will begin as a freelance recruitment agent, during which time you will develop your recruitment skills and understanding of our business, with the opportunity to work more hours and shifts as part of our customer service and bookings team as time progresses and perhaps also sales and marketing should there be an interest to grow within those areas. Option of working full time may be available from Spring of next year depending on performance.

Fluent English is a must and any other languages are an advantage.

Experience within recruitment and customer service appreciated, although full training will be provided - overall attitude, professionalism and work ethic is more important, as well as an honest and positive personality.

**Salary**: From €10.00 per hour
