**Role Description**

In this role, your tasks include leading a local team of local sales & logistics coordinators responsible for daily order handling and outbound process, ensuring efficient and timely handling of order-to-delivery process, organizing daily management and reporting, maintaining good customer service and customer relations as well as being one of the main ERP users locally for OTD activities.

A person that enjoys tacking a coaching and leadership role within the direct team as well the wider organization; with a systematic and self-directed approach to work and good communication skills will succeed best in the task. You will need both Italian and English language in your work to work with local colleagues and global internal and external customers. You will report to Group Logistics Manager and get support from an open, helpful and approachable team.

**Work Tasks**
- Leading a local team of sales & logistics coordinators and organizing daily management
- Ensuring efficient local order-to-delivery operations, claim process and return logistics
- Participation to the daily operative work
- Local ERP expert from OTD perspective
- Training of the order-to-delivery, customer service and claim processes to the local team
- Weekly and monthly reporting of service level, order-to-delivery activities and quality

**Competence Requirements
- Relavant logistics or SCM education OR relevant experience in order-sales-delivery chain handling
- Good organizational and accuracy skills
- Good IT skills: MS Office, use of CRM and ERP systems
- Excellent command of English language, both written and spoken. Other language skills, especially Polish, Spanish, Russian and French, are a great benefit
- Previous experience in similar tasks and having team leading responsibilities are considered an advantage.
