**TRAINING MANAGER DOLOMIA**

La figura, riportando alla Brand Manager Dolomia, è responsabile a **livello nazionale **di tutte le attività dedicate alla formazione e alla promozione del brand.

Nello specifico, le principali attività previste sono:

- **creazione **di tutti i contenuti a supporto delle **attività formative**;
- **raccolta **e gestione dei **fabbisogni di formazione** delle farmacie clienti;
- **pianificazione ed erogazione** della formazione sia in presenza che da remoto;
- **coordinamento **delle attività in farmacia svolte dai **trainer e beauty consultant**;
- analisi dell’**efficacia della formazione** e sviluppo di soluzioni che la mantengano ad elevati standard qualitativi;
- **coordinamento **e partecipazione ad **eventi territoriali** dedicati al brand;
- formazione e relazione con le **Brand Ambassador.**

Requisiti ideali:

- **passione e conoscenza** del mondo **beauty**;
- **sensibilità **verso i **valori di sostenibilità e natura;**:

- esperienza maturata **nell’organizzazione ed erogazione** di attività **formative in farmacia**;
- laurea specialistica o magistrale in materie scientifiche o economiche;
- buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office e dei principali canali di **comunicazione digitale**;
- approccio **consulenziale**;
- **leadership personale;**:

- ottime **doti relazionali **e **comunicative **a tutti i livelli;
- spirito di iniziativa e flessibilità lavorativa;
- analisi, **organizzazione **e pianificazione di attività complesse;
- **spirito di squadra;**

**Zona di lavoro**: sono previste **trasferte **in tutto il **territorio nazionale** oltre ad una **regolare presenza in sede** sita a Santa Giustina, in provincia di **Belluno**.
