**Il **Manager** in Deloitte ricopre un **ruolo strategico**: oltre a **guidare un team**, condividendo il suo know-how e approccio, sarà responsabile della **gestione delle relazioni con il cliente** e potrà mettere in campo le sue competenze per **favorire lo sviluppo del business e mettere in luce le sue qualità imprenditoriali**. In particolare, si occuperà di**:

- **Supportare il team in progetti di definizione di **strategie di sostenibilità**, di valutazione degli **impatti ESG** sui modelli di bussiness**:

- **Supportare il team nello sviluppo commerciale, anticipando le **normative** e i **trend di mercato**, attraverso la formulazione di offering dedicate**:

- **Condurre ricerche e analisi di mercato per identificare opportunità di business relative al mercato della sostenibilità****:

- **Supportare ed incentivare lo sviluppo di nuove strategie, fornendo **soluzioni innovative** in ottica ESG****:

- **Partecipare proattivamente allo sviluppo di proposte economiche**:

- **Gestire e affiancare lo sviluppo del team**:

- **Partecipare a team interfunzionali in tutta la rete Deloitte gestendo progetti di alto livello e strategici, coinvolgendo le giuste capacità per sostenere la consegna del progetto e l'implementazione della soluzione**

- **Laurea in Economia, Ingegneria o conseguimento di titoli di studi in ambito Sustainability**

***
- **Almeno **4-5 anni** di esperienza su tematiche ESG**

***
- **Conoscenza dei principali **framework** e **normative** in ambito **ESG**

***
- **Ampia conoscenza delle diverse tematiche legate alla sostenibilità (e.g. Sustainability Strategy, Sustainability Performance Management, Decarbonization, Circular economy, Sustainable Supply Chain, ecc.)**

***
- **Ottime capacità di problem solving e individuazione di nuove opportunità di business introducendo soluzioni innovative**

***
- **Ottima capacità di analisi qualitativa e quantitativa**

***
- **Consolidata esperienza in società di consulenza o realtà aziendali complesse**
- **Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese****:

- **Ottima conoscenza degli applicativi MS Word, MS Excel, e MS PowerPoint***
