Assistant Head Coach

ti deve piacere:

- cooperare con l'Head Coach per creare un'esp

erienza di acquisto unica e offrire un'assistenza eccellente ai clienti
- coordinare, sostenere e supervisionare un team eterogeneo e offrire un'atmosfera di lavoro eccellente (ades. assunzioni, sviluppo, gestione delle prestazioni e del personale)
- implementare strumenti e processi di eccellenza operativa per raggiungere gli obiettivi di vendita, ottimizzare i servizi e migliorare la soddisfazione del cliente oltre ad aumentare efficienza e produttività
- supervisionare reparti come commerciale, Athlete e/o e

sperienza clienti
- sostenere l'Head Coach nell'implementazione della strategia NIKE nel punto vendita (ad es. sostenibilità, membership, servizi digitali)
- fornire report sulle attività del negozio, sul mercato locale e sulle informazioni sui consumatori
- assicurarti che il negozio rispetti tutti gli standard e le linee guida NIKE
- collaborare con i partner commerciali tra negozi diversi e la sede centrale

Il tuo contributo:

- passione per NIKE e/o per lo sport
- più di 4 anni di esperienza nel settore retail e/o in posizioni di leadership
- elevata competenza in lingua inglese, scritta e parlata
- esperienza e competenza nel fornire un'assistenza eccezionale ai clienti
- capacità di collaborare con le parti interessate
- capacità di lavorare autonomamente e gestire le ambiguità
- talento per costruire, sviluppare e promuovere un team forte
- flessibilità di lavorare a turni e nei weekend
