**Mission del Ruolo**:
Come Retail HRBP per Lazio e Abruzzo, con base Roma, sarai il primo punto di riferimento per il team Sales, collaborando ogni giorno per garantire che i nostri più di 30 negozi abbiano tutto il supporto di cui ha bisogno per avere successo. Ti immergerai nel cuore pulsante del business, gestendo e visitando quotidianamente gli stores e lavorando a stretto contatto con gli altri HRBP per implementare iniziative innovative e migliorare continuamente la nostra cultura aziendale.

**Responsabilità Chiave**:

- Sarai il punto di riferimento per i sindacati di categoria, garantendo il rispetto delle leggi sul lavoro e delle procedure HR.
- Collaborerai con il team Talent Acquisition per individuare i migliori talenti sul mercato e garantire che il nostro processo di reclutamento sia efficace.
- Lavorerai a stretto contatto con il team di Talent Management per creare piani di sviluppo e carriera su misura per i nostri talenti interni più promettenti.
- Ti immergerai nell'area della formazione e dello sviluppo, garantendo che i team di negozio abbiano sempre le competenze necessarie per eccellere.
- Sarai un punto di riferimento per i nostri Regional e Store Managers, aiutandoli a raggiungere il massimo potenziale.
- Prenderai cura del ciclo di performance management, garantendone precisione e trasparenza.
- Sarai ambasciatore della cultura aziendale di Pandora, rendendola partecipativa in tutti i nostri stores.

**Background**:

- Almeno 5 anni di esperienza precedente come HR Business Partner o simili all'interno di un'organizzazione retail internazionale e strutturata.
- Buona conoscenza del "CCNL Commercio", delle leggi sul lavoro e delle controversie legali.
- Buona conoscenza delle migliori pratiche nel settore Retail e delle migliori pratiche di Gestione HR.
- Buona conoscenza dei principi e delle pratiche relative all'amministrazione del personale.
