**Job description**:

- Embedding sustainability practices in our company strategy is essential to our people, our business, and society at large.
- Responsibly managing the chemical substances and materials used in ST manufacturing sites is critical for protecting people, preserving the environment, and complying with legal and customer requirements
- You will be part of ST Corporate Sustainability Team defining and deploying Environment Health and Safety (EHS) rules and criteria to maintain safe and sustainable use of chemicals
- You are knowledgeable in basic toxicology and chemicals hazard classification and will support the corporate team and the local teams to address upcoming regulatory changes, lobbying activities and new chemicals and material selection
- You will contribute to update the ST EHS regulated substances list
- You will contribute to support customer requests on ST Chemicals and Materials management

**Profile**:

- Teamwork aptitude / availability to travel / openness to meet foreigners / Plan Do Check Act readiness
- University's or master's degree in chemistry / industrial chemistry / chemical engineering / prevention, and safety engineering

Advanced professional English knowledge - writing reading speaking
- Basic professional French / Chinese/ Arabic / Tatalog optional
