È richiesta una buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office.

Costituiscono requisiti preferenziali:

- conoscenza e l’utilizzo di _tool_ per la progettazione e prototipazione della _user experience_ (es. Figma, XD);
- aver gestito progetti di innovazione e miglioramento di servizi in ambito _user experience_;
- aver maturato l’esperienza richiesta in ricerca e analisi delle tendenze attraverso _benchmarking_ funzionale;
- aver maturato l’esperienza richiesta in sviluppo di _wireframe, sitemap_, flussi utente e prototipi navigabili;
- conoscenza delle metodologie necessarie a pianificare test di usabilità e definizione di protocolli di test;
- conoscenza delle metodologie di _User Research_ e dei relativi metodi di analisi quantitativa e qualitativa dei dati;
- conoscenza delle piattaforme di collaborazione e _co-design_ (come ad es. Figjam, Mural, Miro, Whiteboard);
- aver seguito un percorso formativo in ambito di _design_, con competenze volte a progettare _l’Experience Design_ e la relativa _User Interface_;
- aver maturato l’esperienza richiesta in aziende operanti nel settore energetico.

Completano il profilo capacità organizzative, precisione e cura dei dettagli, attenzione alla qualità del servizio e alla centralità del cliente, capacità di lavorare in gruppo.

Le risorse inserite supporteranno il team nelle attività di gestione e aggiornamento della kno_wledge base_ aziendale a supporto degli interlocutori esterni in tutte le fasi di interazione con il GSE. Saranno coinvolte nelle attività di design e re-design dei servizi digitali GSE e si occuperanno di gestire progetti di interazione con diverse Funzioni aziendali e controparti esterne con cui l’azienda è costantemente impegnata_, _anche attraverso l’analisi delle esigenze dei clienti esterni finalizzate al miglioramento continuo della customer experience, della fruibilità e dell’accesso alle informazioni. Contribuiranno, inoltre, a coniugare le diverse esigenze informative in base ai clienti _target_ definendo gli strumenti di comunicazione più adatti.

Nel _curriculum vitae_ dovranno essere espressamente indicate le esperienze in linea con quanto richiesto e i periodi di riferimento (mese e anno di inizio ed eventuale termine dell’esperienza); saranno presi in considerazione esclusivamente i curricula completi con le informazioni sopraindicate.

Le prove di selezione potranno svolgersi in modalità da remoto ovvero presso la sede del GSE, sita in Roma. Le relative informazioni saranno comunicate in tempi utili.
