**Il tuo nuovo ruolo**
To develop the procurement strategy aligned with the region and customised we are looking for a solid and strategic Indirect Procurement Specialist.
Covering the supplier selection and on-going management of price negotiation, purchase order execution, timely delivery and stock optimisation. Utilise available tools to analyse procurement expenses, to build and develop a highly effective procurement function by leading supplier contract negotiations as well as identify strategic direction in spend categories.

He/She will constantly seek out new opportunities for purchasing engagement, optimisation areas, in conjunction with stakeholders.

Understand the market dynamic to proactively sourcing fit suppliers and recommend new way of working or innovative procurement solutions to the business. You will measure and manage the overall performance of suppliers implemented with KPI’s ensuring that the Global Procurement Policy has been well executed and bidding process has been strictly followed.

**Di cosa hai bisogno per aver successo**
Significant past experience in multinational environments, at lease 3-5 years covering the role. Experience in Procurement and managing purchasing activities in mixed categories. A background filled with IT, marketing, supply chain experiences will be fundamental for the success in the role.

Leadership skills, negotiation skills and tender process knowledge are mandatory skills to succeed at this role inside the organisation. It would be a must ability to communicate with all level, from suppliers to senior management.

Experience and usage of SAP and SAP Ariba and proven track record of implementing and executing process and way of working optimizations.
Analytical and strong presentation skills, including Excel and Power point and ability to work under tight deadlines and to switch from one project to another are necessary requirement manage the complexity of the role.

Office: Milan (Hybrid Model)

Level of English Professional/mother tongue (mandatory)
