The Alfa Laval Olmi - Service Team is looking for a Project Manager Service (Regular contract, full time) based in our Suisio site.

What about the job

In your role you will:

- Guarantee the correct execution of company projects, from the acquisition of the order to the delivery of the equipment, in compliance with quality standards and delivery times, and with customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate company projects from the date of acquisition order until the delivery of the equipment
- Manage and monitor of progress, ensuring that project specifications and requirements are correctly interpreted and that expected margins and delivery times are guaranteed, according to design, quality control, purchasing, manufacturing and logistics plans.
- Continuous interface with the customer to jointly monitor the progress of the project and
- manage all aspects: documentation, contractual changes, deliveries, transport organization, etc.) coordinating the other internal functions of the Company to achieve the objective.

What you know
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical or management engineering or equivalent experience.
- At least three years of experience in the design of air cooler/S&T equipment and at least two years in an equivalent role.
- At least five years’ experience in project management.
- In-depth knowledge of project management techniques.
- At least two years of experience in managing projects of large contractors.
- Excellent knowledge of written and oral English, also with reference to legal and financial aspects.
- Basic knowledge of ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001 systems
