**JOB DESCRIPTION**

Sei una persona che "trascina" e spesso in un gruppo vieni riconosciuto/a come leader? Hai una forte esperienza nella programmazione e pochi linguaggi ti sono sconosciuti? Faresti di tutto per tenere un team coeso e unito, anche di fronte a situazioni che cambiano velocemente? Allora potresti essere la persona giusta per questo ruolo.

La risorsa inserita come **Product Delivery Manager** diventerà il punto di riferimento per la nostra area di Development e riporterà direttamente al Responsabile Operativo.

Oltre che un forte background tecnico, la persona che ricoprirà questo ruolo dovrà avere ottime capacità comunicative. Ricerchiamo persone orientate al team, alla comunicazione assertiva e al problem-solving.
- Mansioni principali_
- promuovere servizi di sviluppo elaborando insieme al marketing le strategie di penetrazione nei clienti
- supportare técnicamente la funzione commerciale relativamente ai servizi di sviluppo
- gestire l’analisi dei requisiti e valuta l’effort in fase di offerta
- coordinare tutte le attività inerenti allo sviluppo di cui è promotore
- diventare responsabile della pianificazione e dei deliverables delle commesse di prodotto
- diventare depositario delle conoscenze tecniche del team di sviluppo
- diventare il punto di riferimento per i vari team di sviluppo
- Competenze tecniche_
- Forti competenze in ambito di sviluppo
- Ottima conoscenza di linguaggi e librerie FE e BE
- Ottima conoscenza di database
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office (soprattuto Excel)
- Competenze trasversali_

- Ottime capacità di comunicazione/public speaking
- Orientamento al problem-solving

- Requisiti graditi_
- Esperienza in project management
- Laurea in Informatica o similare
- Esperienza/familiarità con la Metodologia Agile Scrum
- Competenze linguistiche_
- Lingua inglese livello intermedio-avanzato
