QUALITY COMPLIANCE &
PERFORMANCE ANALYST

La risorsa selezionata opererà all’interno del Team Qualità, riportando funzionalmente al Quality Manager. Contribuirà all’implementazione del sistema Qualità in termini di processo produttivo, gestione documentale e formazione, secondo le direttive BAT e la normativa vigente.

All’interno dello stabilimento di BAT Trieste rientreranno fra le sue principali responsabilità:
Comprendere tutti i processi relativi al prodotto in tutti i reparti della fabbrica
Implementare l’attuale sistema di Assicurazione Qualità ed i documenti relativi in risposta alle specifiche esigenze aziendali
Garantire che tutti i processi in tutti i reparti siano documentati ed aggiornati in modo corretto dal responsabile di funzione
Preparare e gestire tutti i documenti dell’area Qualità in base al processo attuale o alle successive modifiche
Formare il personale sul processo di Qualità stabilito
Gestire audit interni periodici volti a verificare ed assicurare che ogni processo sia allineato alle procedure concordate
Guidare il miglioramento continuo del processo di produzione con le parti interessate.
Contribuire alla corretta formazione ed informazione rispetto alla propria area di competenza

REQUISITI RICHIESTI
- Laurea triennale o magistrale in ambito ingegneristico (preferibilmente in Ingegneria Chimica, Ingegneria Industriale, Ingegneria dei Materiali o indirizzo affine)
- Pregressa esperienza nell’Assicurazione Qualità, nella Produzione o nella Supply Chain all’interno del settore FMCG, in aziende del settore Food &
Beverage o ambito affine
- Conoscenza della normativa HACCP
- Sicura padronanza della lingua inglese sia parlata che scritta
- Padronanza del pacchetto Office
- Attitudine al lavoro in team e al problem solving, capacità comunicative ed organizzative
- Proattività, flessibilità e voglia di apprendere in un contesto dinamico ed in forte crescita

OFFERTA CONTRATTUALE
Si offre assunzione diretta con BAT TRIESTE SPA L’inquadramento e la retribuzione saranno commisurati alle reali esperienze e competenze maturate dalla risorsa.
