**HR Operations Specialist**
As HR Operations Specialist, you will join the HR team and you will contribute to the smooth execution of HR operational and administrative processes.

**Day to day**:

- Management of the interface with external payroll office, information collection activities for the payroll cycle, verification of payslips, post-payroll activities (communications, payments, loading of pension fund tracks...), mandatory communications
- Execution of various HR related processes (onboarding, transfer, promotions, salary changes )
- Management of employees’ files
- Benefits management (inclusions/exclusions/renewals/ payments)
- Internal and external reporting
- Update of HR systems
- Health and Safety and general HR administrative tasks

**Essentials**:

- Good knowledge of English (minimum level B2)
- Minimum experience of 3 years in the role is required, gained in equivalent contexts and/or in labour consultancy firms
- Consolidated skills in the field of labour law and administration/personnel management required
- Good interpersonal skills
- Autonomy on assigned tasks
- Attention to details
- Ability to work in a dynamic and international environment

**Extras**:

- Knowledge of the Banking National Contract is welcome
