Per azienda Multinazionale operante nel settore Chimico-Farmaceuitico ricerchiamo una figura di Apprendista Specialista Customer Service & Logistics.

IL LAVORO: la figura verrà formata nella gestione del processo order-to-cash per filiali estere e distributori internazionali specifici, con particolare attenzione alla gestione degli ordini, resi, allocazione/fatturazione dei prodotti.

In particolare, si occuperà delle seguenti attività:
ricevere gli ordini dei clienti, controllare ed elaborare gli ordini di vendita;
ricevere le richieste di reso ed elaborare il processo;
monitorare l'intero flusso dell'ordine, dall'inserimento dell'ordine all'allocazione e fatturazione;
fornire ai clienti i documenti di spedizione ed esportazione quando necessario;
fornire ai clienti tutta la documentazione di supporto necessaria per le attività di importazione;
interagire con i reparti interni e con le controparti esterne (affiliate e clienti terzi);
assegnare le spedizioni agli operatori di magazzino;
supportare la spedizione nel Regno Unito, garantendo lo sdoganamento;

IL CONTRATTO: si offre inserimento diretto in azienda con Contratto di Apprendistato.

IL PROFILO: la risorsa ideale è in possesso di Laurea, anche breve, e possiede un’ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, sia scritta che parlata. Possiede inoltre una buona padronanza di Excel. Completano il profilo attitudini al problem solving, forti capacità interpersonali e di comunicazione a tutti i livelli internamente ed esternamente, capacità di lavorare in modo indipendente e accettare responsabilità, nonché proattività e flessibilità.
