**Position Snapshot**
- Nestlé in Italy, Milan HQ - Global IT Hub
- Undergraduates or graduates in Business administration and management or Information Technology Management
- Full-time internship (6 months)
- Start Date: June-July

**Position Summary**

You will work with the Zone Regional Manager for the IT Platforms Group to identify, support, and managed key stakeholders to implement IT Platforms strategies that bring value to the Nestle businesses. Your role will be to define creative ways to build and sustain strategic relationship with key stakeholders.

Capture As-Is engagement approaches, identify challenges/ stakeholder needs, propose an engagement plan and execute on the various initiatives identified in that plan

Collaborate with Global/ Regional and Market teams to define and implement the best engagement mechanism to meet defined objectives

Monitor and measure stakeholder engagement leveraging stakeholder maps and communications plans

**A day in the life of...**
- Interview and collect data from key stakeholders
- Define and execute on stakeholder maps and communications plans
- Gather strategic topics from various governance boards or specific focus areas and coordinate with various SME to educate on those topics
- Work with the Global and Regional organizations in IT Platforms to support the development of community of practices, create channels for sharing breakthrough initiatives and proactive consulting with customers
- Implement initiatives to encourage idea sharing and exchange across various organizational groups

**What will make you successful**
- Undergraduates or graduates in Business administration and management or Information Technology Management
- Good interpersonal skills - able to communicate to (written and spoken) to medium
- small groups ; Enjoy working and interacting with people
- Excellent organizational skills and able to manage different priorities in a structured way; Require good follow up with a strong attention to detail
- Proactive mindset - challenge approaches and methods that may not bring the right results;
- Fluent in English - written and spoken
- Excellent communications skills
- Good use of Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Excel, Word
- Basic knowledge of Information Technology
- Good knowledge of Business Organizations
- Curious to learn and use new technology as a communication venue
