Attualmente stiamo cercando un Project Manager esperto e motivato per unirsi al nostro team dinamico e contribuire alla realizzazione di progetti di successo per i nostri clienti.

**Responsabilità**:

- Pianificare, coordinare e gestire progetti end-to-end, rispettando tempi e budget;
- Definire obiettivi e requisiti del progetto in collaborazione con i team interni e i clienti;
- Stabilire e mantenere relazioni solide con i clienti, garantendo una comunicazione chiara e costante;
- Identificare e monitorare rischi e problemi del progetto, implementando strategie di mitigazione adeguate;
- Coordinare le risorse interne e esterne per garantire la realizzazione degli obiettivi del progetto;
- Valutare e migliorare continuamente i processi di gestione dei progetti per massimizzare l'efficienza;
- Preparare e presentare report dettagliati sullo stato dei progetti.

**Requisiti**:

- Laurea in Economia, Ingegneria o discipline affini;
- Almeno 3 anni di esperienza in ruoli di Project Management, preferibilmente in società di servizi o consulenza;
- Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione e presentazione sia in italiano che in inglese;
- Ottime competenze organizzative e di problem solving;
- Abilità nel gestire più progetti simultaneamente e nel lavorare in team multidisciplinari;
- Conoscenza dei principali strumenti di Project management (es. MS Project, Trello, Asana);
- Certificazioni in metodologie di Project management (es. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) sono un plus
