- **What is the role about?**
- This position is dedicated to lead the management of customer orders and their administrative proceedings in close collaboration with all regional Sales, headquarters and Accounting
- It also contains the leadership of the various ways of communication from the Lectra production site to the customers vice versa in respect of accurate delivery of hardware.
- Key core processes to be owned are**:New orders processing**, **service contracts
- and licensing-management in accordance with Lectra policies & rules with specific corporate reportings.**
- This leadership position requires excellent communication and management skills throughout cultural and organizational boundaries, accuracy regarding figures, dates and legal requirements on all contracts / invoices / data as well as sound knowledge of operations, order processing, invoicing and coordination of the whole delivery process including customs issues. The owner is responsible for all the above-mentioned performances, to thrive for operational excellence based on the given corporate environment and enables the team with disciplinary role to create an atmosphere of high performing and motivation.
- **What will your main tasks be?**
- Validation of contractual documents, processing and invoicing of all types of sales orders and service contracts in close collaboration with Sales and Sales Operations based on corporate rules and tools
- Generating licensing keys with its administrative & logistic activities
- Monitoring of customers payments in close collaboration with Accounts Receivables department
- Monitoring the product shipment process including all customs issues in close collaboration with HQ production and HQ order management
- Providing corporate reportings e.g. service contract variations
- Generating continuous material improvements in efficiency and productivity of the working environment
- Manage and develop the team including adjustments on organizational structures.

**Position qualifications**
- Organizational skills with the ability to work in details but also to be engaged in management discussions
- Very good analytical understanding and performs towards efficient and productive solutions
- Capacity to handle a multitude of ongoing issues and an incisive mind to ensure the ability to focus on priorities
- Is able to act and communicate on all hierarchy levels - within the company and towards customers
- Strong hands-on mentality and can-do attitude - solution oriented mind set
- Very customer-orientated; internally and externally
- Ability to cope with constant pressure without comprising standards by being well organized and with excellent time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, advanced Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English
- Knowledge of Manufacturing company processes, as well as Software company process are beneficial
- Disciplinary people management experience
- Bachelor study or comparable education in finance/administration
- Minimum 3-5 years of applicable work experience in comparable international corporate enterprise structure
- Proven track record in generating material improvements in processes
