**British American Tobacco Italy has an exciting opportunity for a Production Engineering Manager in Trieste.**

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Leading PM Pillar; AM Pillar co-lead
- Ensuring all factory equipment is captured and properly maintained as part of SAP Planned Maintenance (PM),
- Synchronizing Maintenance programme with Spare parts purchases,
- Optimization of spares parts level and providing reports on spares consumption and breakdowns,
- Leading process improvements,
- Ensuring healthy level of subassemblies for both Secondary Manufacturing and Primary Manufacturing Departments.
- Developing Production equipment standards and ensuring technology standardization across all lines (automation, vision cameras) and developing in-house electronics/automation capabilities,
- Coordinating systems upgrades including Digital Platform microstops/performance management and MES.

**What are we looking for?**
- College/University degree in Engineering/Technical/Scientific areas or Technical High School.
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
- Strong understanding of IWS, especially AM and PM pillars. Formal qualification in at least some DMSes (CIL, DH, CL, IE, BDE, MPS) is expected.
- Fluent English as role entails representing factory on regional meetings of PM and CoEs.
- Ability to work with data, information, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with structured problem tools, such as, IPS, UPS and 6W2H
- IWS skills Demonstrate the ability to perform the IWS tools, methodology and daily management system as Line Lead and able to share with other
- Fluent English
