Per STORICO CONTESTO INDUSTRIALE INTERNAZIONALE di grandi dimensioni con varie sedi dislocate in Italia, Europa e Extra Europa, specializzato in soluzioni avanzate per l'edilizia e, in continua crescita accompagnata da investimenti tecnologici e industriali, ricerchiamo : ENGINEERING & MAINTENANCE - CICLO CONTINUO - EXPAT STATI UNITI DETTAGLI DELL' OFFERTA DI LAVORO : Il candidato a diretto riporto del PLANT MANAGER e con un riporto funzionale alla Direzione della manutenzione centrale del Gruppo avrà la RESPONSABILITÀ di SUPERVISIONARE tutta la MANUTENZIONE, OPEX e CAPEX, degli impianti industriali costituiti da 8 LINEE PRODUTTIVE A CICLO CONTINUO.

Il contesto è organizzato a ciclo continuo h24, 7 / 7.

Ricerchiamo un profilo manageriale in grado di pianificare e supervisionare un contesto industriale in forte crescita con il supporto del team centrale, provvedendo a sviluppare gli ACQUISTI DIRETTI, gestione dei RICAMBI (livelli di scorta), REPORTING, SUPPORTO all'AVVIO di NUOVE LINEE.

Oltre all'organizzazione delle manutenzioni, al candidato verrà richiesto di GESTIRE il FACILITY MANAGEMENT come da Job Title.

Ricerchiamo quindi un profilo a taglio organizzativo con OTTIME capacità di GESTIONE del TEAM, PROBLEM SOLVER, VELOCE e DETERMINATO.

Il profilo ideale è un Ingegnere Elettronico / Elettrico che abbia maturato una precedente esperienza nella manutenzione in contesti industriali a ciclo continuo.

COMPITI E RESPONSABILITA' : Programmazione degli interventi di manutenzione predittiva in coerenza con il piano previsto apportando eventuali modifiche integrative e / o riduttive allo stesso.

Gestire eventuali attività di pronto intervento coordinando la propria squadra di lavoro.

Affiancare il commissioning di eventuali nuove linee produttive.

Predisporre gli ordini di acquisti dei ricambi strategici e dei materiali di consumo in coerenza con le programmazioni delle attività.

Interfacciarsi con i reparti produttivi per gestire eventuali segnalazioni e / o guasti.

Garantire la reperibilità nelle turnazioni notturne.

REQUISITI FONDAMENTALI : Dimestichezza con CAPEX / OPEX.

Precedente esperienza di almeno 3 anni in ruoli coerenti con la manutenzione.

Laurea in Ingegneria Elettrica / Elettronica.

Ottima conoscenza Lingua Inglese.

Disponibilità allo stabile trasferimento in USA.
