**Le tue responsabilità**
I co-worker dell’area vendita sono i primi ad incontrare i clienti, nei nostri negozi fisici o online. Sono le persone che conoscono la gamma di prodotti IKEA ed il mercato di riferimento. Trovano costantemente nuovi modi per far sì che l’esperienza d’acquisto sia interessante e divertente. Cosa farai:
- Assisterai i nostri clienti, identificando le loro esigenze e consigliando le soluzioni d’arredo che meglio soddisfano i loro bisogni;
- Avrai l’obiettivo di massimizzare le vendite, tenendo la tua area di responsabilità pulita, ordinata, correttamente prezzata e conforme agli standard di qualità di IKEA;
- Analizzerai e gestirai, nella maniera più efficiente possibile, gli spazi di vendita.
- È richiesta disponibilità lavorativa su turni per 5 giorni settimanali su 7 per un totale di 20h settimanali.
