ricerca per importante azienda operante nel settore petrolifero un HR Junior.
La risorsa, inserita all’interno della direzione Risorse Umane & Relazioni Esterne, sarà di supporto alla gestione delle attività di comunicazione ed organizzazione eventi.
Di seguito, le principali attività previste dal ruolo:
- Supporta l’espletamento delle attività necessarie per il raggiungimento degli obiettivi prefissati in ambito comunicazione ed employer branding
- Presidia la migliore gestione dei canali di comunicazione social con particolare riferimento alle tematiche HR
- Supporta le attività inerenti lo svolgimento di progetti in ambito HR e Relazioni Esterne
- Supporta le attività propedeutiche all’organizzazione di eventi interni ed esterni
- Collabora alla gestione, anche operativa, delle attività di comunicazione interna, rassegna stampa e compilazione statistiche ISTAT.
Requisiti:
- Laurea magistrale
- Conoscenza della gestione dei canali social
- Buona conoscenza dei principali programmi grafici, office ed Excel
- Inglese livello B2
- Precisione, autonomia, indipendenza operativa
- Abilità nel pianificare e coordinare il proprio lavoro, nel rispetto delle dead-lines
- Abilità comunicativa, creatività, empatia relazionale e spiccata predisposizione al lavoro in team
- Orientamento al risultato.

Si offre stage semestrale con rimborso spese mensile di € 1.000,00.
