**Job Description**:
Our Mission

We are looking for a Media Planning Intern as part of our small team based in Milan. He/She will support the Manager and the Senior Planner on both Pomellato and DoDo media planning, follow up, reporting, global coordination with regional offices and agencies. The intern will give a contribute to drive awareness and traffic for both brands, while keeping the internal stakeholders of the company informed of all the activities that the Media team carries out.

How you will contribute- Work closely with the media agency for planning advertising across various channels: print, outdoor, digital, social, TV- Be responsible for assets delivery for the campaigns that will go live- Monitor performance and insights thanks to KDash, FBM and GA to measure impact- Support the team on presentations for internal stakeholders, Management and Group leadership- Help on PO and invoicing follow up of the activities we plan; be the point of contact for the media agency and our finance on these administrative matters- Work with regions and commercial teams to help coordinate Coop Adv projects- Partner closely with Brand team departments as Image, PR, Ecommerce, Clientelling- Be in charge of the media archive, both for magazines & other digital ADV- Help organizing RDV with media partners both based in Italy or abroad in synergy with PR

Who you are

Degree in Marketing or Communications

Good Knowledge of Office Suite, especially Power Point and Excel

Knowledge of Facebook Business Manager and Google Analytic

Fluent in Italian and English. The knowledge of French is considered a plus

Detail-oriented, organized, self-starter and team-worker
