Lo stagista affiancherà il Tutor nella gestione delle attività di Sviluppo Accademico per tutte le Scuole e Training Centre di Istituto Marangoni nel mondo e nell’ambito di progetti speciali relativamente ai processi accademici, con particolare riferimento all’implementazione e sviluppo delle piattaforme e dei tool digitali a supporto dell’erogazione della Didattica.

In particolare, affiancherà il Dipartimento Academics nelle seguenti attività:

- Supporto allo sviluppo della piattaforma digitale per la realizzazione dei documenti accademici.
- Supporto nella creazione delle linee guida e di documentazione attinente all’organizzazione e gestione dei corsi accademici, con particolare attenzione ai corsi erogati in modalità digitale.
- Inserimento di dati relativi alle attività didattiche nei principali sistemi informativi in uso (es. sistema gestione orari, sistema gestione piani di studio e carriere studenti), con particolare attenzione ai corsi erogati in modalità digitale.
- Supporto nella fase “test” dei sistemi/portali informatici di istituto Marangoni preposti alla gestione delle attività accademiche.
- Supporto nella gestione organizzativa di riunioni locali e internazionali, nel coordinamento delle agende, nella creazione delle presentazioni in PowerPoint, nella redazione di “report meeting”, nell’archiviazione (cartacea e digitale) della relativa documentazione.
- Raccolta di documentazione finalizzata alla gestione e revisione dei contenuti accademici e supporto alla revisione/aggiornamento degli stessi.
- Supporto nell’organizzazione e nella gestione delle informazioni relative ai progetti di mobilità docenti (eventi promozionali, congressuali, di insegnamento ).
- Supporto nella revisione linguistica di testi procedurali, informativi e/o accademici (lingua inglese) e nella realizzazione gráfica di format atti alla loro divulgazione.

**Apprendimento**

L'esperienza consentirà allo stagista di acquisire una buona conoscenza delle attività necessarie per la pianificazione, gestione ed erogazione di corsi di formazione e di attività correlate alle esigenze Accademiche.

Acquisirà le conoscenze relative a software e piattaforme digitali atte alle gestioni sopra indicate.

**Educazione e competenza**
- Ottimo livello lingua inglese - livello CEFR minimo B2 (Intermediate)
- Laurea Universitaria preferibilmente con orientamento gestionale/progettuale/IT
- Conoscenza del pacchetto office (excel, powerpoint; word - obbligatorio) e Adobe (opzionale)
- Buona predisposizione per gli strumenti informatici e, software gestionali e tool digitali
- Sensibilità nella comunicazione e buona capacità di scrittura in generale
- Spiccata dote di precisione e problem solving
- Spiccato interesse verso le soluzioni e tematiche legate al mondo del digitale
- Abilità organizzative e approccio proattivo
- Buona attitudine e interesse a lavorare in team.
