QC Spa of Wonders, ricerca per la sede di Milano PM/PMO Digital.

La risorsa sarà inserita nella Direzione IT e supporterà il CTO nella gestione di un portfolio di progetti di innovazione ad alto contenuto tecnologico e nelle attività quotidiane (scadenze, ordinaria manutenzione, reportistica ecc).

**Principali responsabilità**:
Coordinamento degli stream progettuali
Supervisione e Monitoraggio delle attività dei vari stream durante le fasi di progetto: SAL, meeting report, action list
Definizione Project Plan, gantt, task, deadline e interdipendenze tra diversi fornitori/milestone
Attività di raccolta dei requisiti di business, funzionali e gap analysis
Redazione e gestione della documentazione di progetto
Predisposizione e governance delle attività di Change Management
Gestione rapporti con i fornitori esterni
Attività di Audit

**Requisiti**:
Aver maturato almeno 2 anni di esperienza nel ruolo
Comprovata esperienza nella capacità di pianificare, gestire e monitorare più progetti complessi contemporaneamente. Una certificazione in PM costituirà un plus
Ottima conoscenza di software Gantt (ad es. Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello e simili)
Eccellenti capacità comunicative e relazionali per potersi interfacciare con i fornitori esterni e collaborare trasversalmente con i dipartimenti interni
Passione per nuove tecnologie e innovazione
Proattività e ottime doti organizzative e gestionali
Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata
