Per la nostra Direzione Commerciale, selezioniamo un/una **Product Owner Loyalty Program.**
La risorsa, inserita nella Struttura Vendite Online e CRM, dovrà garantire la supervisione e la gestione di tutti gli aspetti di un progetto, compresi quelli relativi al loyalty program e al product ownership, assicurando che le attività siano allineate agli obiettivi prefissati.

In particolare, si occuperà di:

- Tradurre requisiti tecnici, aziendali e funzionali in attività di progetto per massimizzare il coinvolgimento dei clienti
- Gestire lo stato di avanzamento del progetto Loyalty evidenziando criticità e identificando soluzioni, in ottica di miglioramento del programma stesso
- Coordinare efficacemente le risorse disponibili per rispettare tempi, budget e obiettivi
- Produrre reportistica e analizzare dati per valutarne l'impatto sul cliente
- Gestire interdipendenze progettuali per garantire una coerente esperienza cliente
- Analizzare temi complessi e focalizzarsi sulle esigenze dei viaggiatori

Requisiti:

- Conoscenze certificate di Project Management (CSPO, PMP..)
- Esperienza professionale di 3/5 anni
- Ottima dimestichezza con i principali strumenti informatici legati alla gestione del progetto, analisi dati, prototipazione e design (Jira, Trello, Power BI, Sketch, Git, GitHub..)
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese (almeno B2)

Completano il profilo ottime capacità di analisi e sintesi, buone doti comunicative per relazionarsi efficacemente con i vari stakeholder e interesse verso l’innovazione digitale.
