- Job description 1
- As National Key Account - Mass Market GDO/GDS you will respond to the Commercial Director. Your portfolio of clients will include some of the main drugstores and selective mass market (famous supermarkets chains) in Italy. You will keep an entrepreneurial mindset to build your activities. Your responsibilities will include formulating business development strategies to achieve sales and pricing goals with a focus on the sell-out strategy.

The position can be based in any location in the Northern or Central Italy as you will travel to the clients' headquarters..

**Responsibilities**:

- Create business development strategies to ensure long-term success for the sell-out plan.
- Drive your activities with a start-up mindset.
- Ensure our products (Consumer Care) reach the sales targets in terms of sell-in and sell-out.
- Build a strong relationship with the stakeholders from the drugstores and supermarkets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational guidelines.
- Deal with problems by providing creative and practical solutions.
- Travel to meet your clients at their offices.

**Profile**:

- 4-5 years’ experience as National Key Account or similar roles in Consumer Goods companies (personal care)
- Knowledge of GDO, GDS, drugstores and supermarkets context for Consumer Care products with a strong contact with buyers
- Trade Marketing knowledge would be a plus
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset and strategic orientation
- Customer plan oriented
- Excellent Italian and English
