**Posizione**:
Si ricerca una Risorsa, **Technical Customer Support, appartenente alle categorie protette (L. 68/99)** che abbia maturato almeno 1 anno di esperienza in contesti tecnologici digital.

La risorsa sarà il primo contatto dei clienti e si occuperà di:

- Raccogliere le richieste di intervento e classificarle (es. service request, chance request o indicent);
- Eseguire la risoluzione delle problematiche da remoto ed attraverso tecniche diagnostiche;
- Determinare la soluzione migliore in base al problema e ai dettagli forniti dai clienti;
- Supportare il cliente durante il processo di risoluzione dei problemi;
- Inoltrare i problemi irrisolti al livello successivo di supporto;
- Identifica e suggerisce possibili miglioramenti sulle procedure.

**Requisiti**:

- Pregressa esperienza nel ruolo di assistenza técnica/help desk IT;
- Conoscenza e comprensione dei principali sistemi informatici, dei prodotti di automation office, di Database e controllo remoto;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali
