**Business Development-Electrification Services**:

Working as Business Developer of Electrification Service Division, you’ll support the customer in a proactive fashion by anticipating the customer’s needs. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying service and system sales opportunities for expanding ABB’s value to the customer (Life Cycle Management, Maintenance report analysis).

**Your responsibilities**:

- Proactively identify contract growth opportunities leveraging the full breath of ABB service portfolio in collaboration with the Account Managers (Es. Retrofit Campaigns).
- Ensure that plant fleet under service agreement receives evolution plans and life cycle reports supported by technology segment experts.
- Accountable for measuring, reporting, and presenting the value of the services delivered to key customer stake holders which range from maintenance managers to plant managers.
- Build strong customer relationships on technical, maintenance and operational levels.
- Assist customers’ technical requests and engage with colleagues to take care of any technical issues.
- Monitor competitor activity and ensure appropriate action is taken.

**Your background**:

- Technical Diploma or Master Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Electro Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience in Services, Medium voltage switchboards and apparatus is a plus.
- Fluent English.
- Demonstrated experience in management of customer accounts and sales strategy.
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach, with strong communication and customer relationship-building skills.
