**Posizione**:
All’interno del magazzino di Castel San Giovanni, ricerchiamo un/una **IT Supervisor** che riportando gerarchicamente a Local IT Operations Coordinator si occuperà di gestire e risolvere qualsiasi problematica técnica relativa alla rete, all’infrastruttura ed agli apparati (PC/Stampanti/Scanner radiofrequenza) che supportano le attività operative.

**ATTIVITA’:
- Sarai responsabile del corretto utilizzo di tutti gli strumenti informatici, hardware e software, sia dal punto di vista operativo che funzionale;
- Ti occuperai dei sistemi di ticketing, provvedendo all'apertura delle richieste e seguirai la risoluzione interagendo con i vari livelli di help desk; Supporterai il Local IT Operations Coordinator: gestione dell’infrastruttura di rete dell’azienda, sia locale (LAN) che geográfica (WAN) e per la gestione della corretta applicazione delle policy aziendali e della sicurezza informatica.

**REQUISITI**:

- Diploma ad indirizzo tecnico (preferenziale Informatica) o equivalente;
- Esperienza nel ruolo di almeno 2/3 anni presso aziende di medio / grandi dimensioni;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese - B1/ B2;
- Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office;
- Conoscenza di base Networking (protocolli TCP/IP);
- Buona conoscenza dei principali sistemi operativi (Windows);
- Capacità relazionali e comunicative e predisposizione al lavoro in Team; Disponibilità a lavorare su turni e nel weekend.
