A pochi minuti dalla Città del Vaticano, immerso nella splendida area naturale del parco di Villa Doria Pamphilj si trova l'**A.Roma Lifestyle Hotel**, urban resort di lusso a 4 stelle e l’innovativo centro congressi polifunzionale.

Ricerchiamo attualmente la seguente figura professionale:
**Chef de Pastry - Capo Pasticcere**

La risorsa inserita nella brigata di pasticceria parteciperà attivamente alla produzione e alla gestione del laboratorio che fornisce desserts, torte, lievitati per i vari outlet dell'hotel: Ristorante Sapori dal Mondo, banchettistica del centro congressi, menù a la carte del Ristorante Il Giardino e SPA.

Nello specifico, il ruolo prevede le seguenti mansioni:

- Produzione (lievitati, bignè, torte per eventi, ecc)
- Coordinamento con i vari reparti dell'hotel in accordo con l'Executive Chef
- Programmazione della produzione e ordini per gli eventi in casa (Cerimonie, eventi, ecc) ed eventuali richieste per esigenze specifiche;
- Gestione e controllo del magazzino per le scorte delle materie prime
- Rispetto delle norme HACCP

**REQUISITI**:
La persona che desideriamo incontrare ha maturato un’esperienza analoga in strutture alberghiere di simile categoria e/o in laboratori di produzione; ha esperienza consolidata nella pasticceria classica e moderna, incluso il cake design. È proattiva, dinamica, creativa e ha passione per la pasticceria.

- Attitudine alla leadership
- Ottima gestione dello stress
- Ottime capacità relazionali e di coordinamento
- Disponibilità e flessibilità al lavoro su turni, domenicali e festivi
- Attitudine al problem solving

Si precisa che non verrà fornito alloggio.

Orario di lavoro: Full time su turni, 8 ore al giorno (no spezzato) 5 giorni su 7 con due giorni di riposo garantiti.

Contratto di lavoro: inizialmente tempo determinato
