**Job Purpose**:
Provide secretarial and administrative support to management and other staff in MEE.

**Responsibilites and Tasks**:
The assigned tasks consist of a selection of following tasks and may vary due to local specifications:

- Welcome visitors at the reception
- Organize external and internal events or meetings
- Handle daily post and courier traffic
- Manage office supplies
- Arrange travel & accommodation (booking, contracts,)
- Support the administration of Expat handling
- Support the company car administration
- Provide further administrative support

**Required Knowledge/Experience**:

- Qualification as Office Assistant / Secretary / Travel Management Assistant or equivalent qualification
- Several years of experience in an administrative function
- Good kowledge of MS Office
- Basic knowlegde of related tools, e.g. travel management systems
- Good English language and, if required, local language skills
- Proactive, structured and organised working style
- Good communication skills
- Open, friendly and service-oriented personality
