Join our team as a Receptionist
**Receptionist**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Answers and directs phone calls.
- Organizes and schedules appointments.
- Schedules meetings and takes detailed minutes.
- Contributes to the preparation of periodic reports.
- Develops and maintains a filing system.
- Updates and maintains office policies and procedures.
- Provides general assistance to visitors.
- Acts as point of contact for internal and external customers.
- Collaborates with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle executive inquiries and requests.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or specified compensatory experience Years of professional experience in the field.
- English language proficiency at a professional level preferred.
