Reporting to the VP Global Visual Merchandising, you will join the Global Visual Merchandising team. You will oversee all visual merchandising responsibilities for Outlet Channel, ensuring an on-brand and consistent client journey through the definition of visual guidelines, visual business strategies, and store standards that better represents Gucci image globally.

You will be the point of contact for Outlet Channel and liaise with the Global Visual Design team, the Global Visual Merchandising team, the Global Outlet Merchandising team, and the Regional VM teams.

**Job Description**:
Key Accountabilities
- Develop and implement a cohesive visual merchandising strategy that aligns with the brand's image and enhances the customer shopping experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams at corporate and regional level, to integrate merchandising initiatives with overall brand objectives.
- Travel internationally to various outlets across the world to assess and enhance visual merchandising standards.
- Collaborate with regional teams to address specific market needs and cultural preferences.
- Work closely with store managers and regional teams to adapt visual merchandising strategies to meet local market demands.
- Oversee the product layout of outlets to optimize and highlight key products, ensuring a visually compelling and engaging environment.
- Regularly refresh displays to showcase new collections and seasonal items.
- Curate and display merchandise in a way that attracts customer attention, promotes sales, and maintains the brand's aesthetic standards.
- rovide ongoing support and guidance to enhance the visual merchandising skills of store associates.
- Train store teams on visual merchandising standards, ensuring consistency across the entire store network.

Key Requirements
- 5 to 7 years of experience in visual merchandising, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing visual merchandising strategies at a global level.
- Familiarity with industry trends and best practices.
- Proficient in visual merchandising software and tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, or a related field.
- Strong eye for design, color, and composition.
- Strong creative and artistic skills with the ability to translate brand aesthetics into visually appealing displays.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey visual merchandising concepts to diverse teams.
- Ability to adapt visual merchandising strategies to meet the unique demands of different markets and cultures.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve visual merchandising excellence.
