**Role Purpose**:
Network Demand, Planning Delivery & Transformation (NPDDT) is a new function within Networks, responsible for translating the Tech2025 Strategy into actionable network market plans aligned to key business priorities.

The Transformation expert will report to Head of Transformation function for Office management tasks and will closely work with the NPDDT vertical Head Of and with all NSE Functions to ensure effective and consistent delivery of all internal communications. Their duties will require a proactive approach to improve productivity, simplify communication flow and overall, increase efficiency and immediacy in all operations and governance exchanges.

A key function of this role is to be an internal facilitator for teams and governance, ensuring they are all updated and aligned with the latest developments and initiatives, through a clear and effective communication of goals, action tracking, expectations and eventually, feedback.
This will require acting as a reference point with each Team’s SPOC to gather inputs and information and then, convey them through multiple touchpoints such as but not limited to strategical internal meetings.

The role entails working closely with senior leaders in NW functions across countries, and internally to NPDDT team.

This is a Transformation management role, and it is expected a proactive approach to support functional Head across the team and our partners.

They will be responsible for change management to support a major organisational and cultural transformation that the Technology organisation is currently undergoing. This includes embedding the change wherever possible, embodying the Vodafone Spirit and supporting teams as we move into new ways of operating.

**Key accountabilities and decision ownership**:

- Functional Governance - Accountability for the governance of the function: Leadership Team Meetings, other ad hoc reviews including co-ordination, action review and quality control of input; production of concise, impactful reporting.
- Office Management - Accountable for supporting requests for information from Head of the function, Head of the department, internal and external stakeholders.
- Communications - Owns the comms plan, including leading the preparation of ad hoc comms and all hands.
- Cultural change - Ensures that all areas work according to a common structure and implements ways of working aligned to the Operating Model and the Vodafone Spirit.
- Risk management - Helps manage risks and dependencies; escalates and tracks impediments; complete the discovery activities and synthesize results ; provides input on resourcing to address critical bottlenecks.

- Communication and presentation - Excellent verbal and writing skills, must also be able to deliver confident and engaging presentations at all levels.
- Stakeholder engagement skills - ability to articulate complex issues in a simple manner while adapting their communication style to the different levels within the organisation.
- Must feel comfortable to work in a multicultural and multinational environment.
- Problem Solving and initiative - Has a proactive approach to managing activities and risks and ensures team adopts a similar approach to ensure successful outcomes.
- Strong attention to detail essential.
- Ability to manage multiple and changing priorities.
- Able to actively facilitate team events, including (where applicable) Agile/SAFe cadences and events and portfolio operations.

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**:

- Degree qualified or equivalent experience
- Understanding of Telecoms - products, services and process design
- Understanding of financials metrics - costs, benefits
