The Group is characterized by its international presence with its own offices in Spain, Germany, France, the United Kingdom, Portugal, Ireland, the United States and Singapore.

**Posizione**:
Euromed Pharma is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Comparator Drug Sourcing Business Development Manager for Europe.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by developing and implementing strategies to expand our comparator drug sourcing services. You will work closely with clients, sponsors, vendors, and internal teams to identify and secure new business opportunities in the pharmaceutical industry.

Good understanding of IMP related services in area such as packaging, labelling...etc. is a plus.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development plan to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth in the comparator drug sourcing market;
- Identify and prospect potential clients in the pharmaceutical / Biotechnology industry, including CROs, clinical research organizations, Small-Medium size biotechs, start-ups....etc;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations;
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitor activities;
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and proposals that meet client requirements;
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential clients;
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to ensure profitable partnerships;
- Monitor and track sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics;
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, guidelines, and best practices related to comparator drug sourcing;
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand professional network and generate leads;
- Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities to senior management;
**Requisiti**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, science or a related field (MBA preferred);
- Proven track record of success in business development or sales roles within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry;
- 7+ years experience of the comparator drug sourcing market and understanding of the pharmaceutical development process;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences;
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills;
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders;
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets and exceed expectations;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools;
- Willingness to travel as required;
- Language skills ,German language fluently / mother tongue, plus any other European languages;
