L’azienda è molto dinamica ed in fase di ulteriore crescita, con una organizzazione strutturata a livello Regionale (EMEA) per curare sia la strategia che l’esecuzione dei piani di marketing. In questa logica, ha deciso di creare una
- **Agenzia Creativa interna**, al fine di assicurare alle diverse funzioni aziendali un servizio estremamente personalizzato, coerente, tempestivo, di ideazione e realizzazione dei più vari asset di comunicazione interna ed esterna.

**Il Ruolo**:

A riporto del
**Direttore Marketing Operations** della Regione, il
**Creative Agency Manager** sarà responsabile di assicurare un ottimale gestione del processo creativo, dal brief iniziale, alla produzione, fino alle fasi di traduzione/ localizzazione per i singoli Paesi della Regione.
Le responsabilità chiave sono:

- Gestione end-to-end del processo creativo: dal brief alla creazione degli asset, fino alla localizzazione, attraverso il coordinamento di un team di oltre 30 risorse, localizzate in diversi Paesi della Region.
- Supervisione di uno studio creativo in-house, integrato con collaborazioni esterne, assicurando supporto attivo nella definizione della strategia dei contenuti e nell'innovazione di formati.
- Assicura le esecuzioni tempestiva di asset di qualità, assicurando che sia mantenuta una coerenza nella varietà di media e formati
- Assicura che lo stile e il tono di comunicazione siano coerenti con i valori aziendali e con le linee guida
- È responsabile del budget assegnato, assicurando un buon equilibrio tra qualità ed ottimizzazione delle risorse
- Contribuisce a mantenere un ambiente di lavoro collaborativo e stimolante; cura la gestione del team e agisce come mentor, offrendo una guida costante alle persone affinché sviluppino le proprie competenze
- Sviluppa una gestione proattiva delle relazioni con gli stakeholders interni ed esterni.

**I Requisiti**:

- Laurea in Marketing, Communications, Digital Communications, Communication Design
- Almeno 7 anni di esperienza rilevante per il ruolo, maturata all’interno di Agenzie o di Aziende multinazionali con agenzia in-house, avendo maturato esperienze significative nella gestione di team, anche a livello internazionale.
- Pensiero strategico e capacità decisionali.
- Profonda conoscenza dei processi creativi
- Curiosità e sensibilità per le dinamiche del business
- Elevate competenze di project management e di gestione di budget
- Fluente in inglese
- Disponibilità a viaggi frequenti
