**Communic**a**tion Officer**

(Contract Agent, Function Group IV)

The purpose of this call is to establish a talent pool (reserve list) that may be used for the recruitment of staff when a position becomes available and will be valid until **3**1/12/20**25**. The validity of the talent pool may be extended.

**IS THIS JOB FOR YOU?**

Are you a dedicated communication officer with experience in engaging with a large and divers pool of stakeholders and delivering clear and impactful communications to them?

**The jobholder will work in the Brussels-based Shared Support Office (SSO) of the EU Agencies Network (EUAN), to which EFSA is one of the most active members.** The mission of the Office is to facilitate inter-Agency communication and cooperation on a variety of topics and to serve as a single contact point and key interlocutor of EU institutions and bodies in areas of common interest to Agencies.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Coordinate information and internal communication within the EUAN;
- Enhance inter-agency communication and collaboration in the field;
- Manage outward communication via the EUAN website;
- Develop promotional material for the EUAN;
- Manage website content and administration;
- Cater for the look & feel and visual identity of the EUAN;
- Develop a feasibility plan for EUAN Social Media activity.
